Pikes Peak State Park is a recreation destination featuring multiple trails, campground, and a 500-foot bluff with a fantastic view of the Upper Mississippi River opposite the confluence of the Wisconsin River. The Iowa Department of Natural Resources operates the park. It is nearly a thousand acres in extent. The nearest city is McGregor, Iowa.

Pikes Peak State Park has an attractive campground with electric and non-electric sites, modern shower and restroom facilities, as well as a trailer dump station. Uses an online reservation system.
